Master-gauges for ISO 9000

Our calibration & reference gauges have a very high shape accuracy & surface quality. They are based for  the retraceable measuring of most different measuring instruments or measuring machines in the context of ISO 9000. The accuracy of up to 0,2 - 0.3 µm, can be documented by a SCS-Calibration certificate.
